Tailwinds Charitable Foundation seeks partnerships with small to mid-sized, domestic nonprofits who improve the lives of youths living in underserved communities.

We pay specific attention to communities of personal importance to the Founding Members, however, TCF remains flexible in our giving, providing grants outside of our focused regions as the needs arise.

Primary candidates for TCF partnership include nonprofits working in low-income communities, serving youth with a high risk for victimization such as trafficking, crime, or incarceration, children in need of mentors, and children in foster care.
